Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients via meetings, calls, and emails.
Site Visits & Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, offering detailed information on projects to prospects.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on property market trends, competitor activity, and property values.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar B2C/B2B role.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and property management tools.
Education: Bachelor��s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
License: Valid real estate license, if required by local law.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
