A real estate sales executive's responsibilities include:

Client communication: Engaging with prospective clients, providing information about properties, and addressing questions and concerns

Client relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails

Sales meetings: Scheduling and conducting sales meetings, and reporting on sales activities to management

Site visits: Organizing and accompanying clients on site visits

Market knowledge: Staying informed about current market conditions to guide clients

Negotiations: Facilitating negotiations and transactions

Paperwork: Handling the necessary paperwork

Property listings: Overseeing the entire process from property listing to closing

Open houses: Conducting open houses to promote agency listings
