An HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. They act as the primary contact for employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing HR records, and supporting performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle leave records.
Employee Relations: Resolve employee queries, manage grievances, and conduct exit interviews.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act) and maintain records.
Performance & Development: Assist with performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
HR Administration: Maintain employee databases, update HR policies, and manage employee documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Software: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office.
