- Oversee daily operations of the hotel: As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel on a day-to-day basis, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service: You will be in charge of hiring, training, and supervising staff members to provide exceptional customer service to guests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures: It will be your responsibility to create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the hotel.
