The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support. They will also handle mail and courier services, maintain office supplies, and coordinate with other departments.
Key responsibilities include greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, handling office correspondence and documentation, maintaining a neat and organized reception area, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-oriented approach are also essential for success in this position.
