Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Navi Mumbai
Role Summary:
We are hiring a hands-on Head of Finance to rebuild and streamline the finance function for a growing startup. The role involves managing cash flow, invoicing, AR/AP, compliance, reporting, and finance operations while building strong systems and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash flow and financial controls
Ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking
Handle AR/AP and improve collections
Prepare monthly P&L and financial reports
Ensure GST, TDS, and compliance filings are timely
Build finance SOPs, processes, and approval systems
Lead and build a high-performance finance team
Requirements:
8-10+ years of finance/accounting experience
Strong knowledge of cash flow, accounting, and compliance
Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
Hands-on, ownership-driven, and execution-focused
CA preferred
Success Metrics (3-6 Months):
Zero missed invoicing
Clear daily cash visibility
Improved AR/AP control
Timely monthly financial reporting
No compliance delays
Predictable and structured finance operations
