Job Title: Service Engineer Technical Site Visits

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically sound Service Engineer (Technical Site
Visits) with a Civil Engineering background to oversee and execute service support at
customer project sites. The ideal candidate will handle product demonstrations,
application training, site problem diagnosis, and resolution, ensuring customer
satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical site visits for product demonstration, troubleshooting, and
application guidance.
Diagnose and resolve site-related issues, including waterproofing failures,
surface preparation errors, or product misuse.
Coordinate with the sales and projects team to support customer technical
needs before, during, and after sales.
Prepare detailed site visit reports with observations, recommendations, and
photographic documentation.
Train applicators, site engineers, and contractors on correct usage of products.
Ensure all technical services comply with company standards and specifications.
Support in pre-sales technical meetings with project heads, consultants, and
clients.
Help improve customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of company products (e.g., waterproofing
chemicals, repair mortars, sealants, tile adhesives, admixtures, etc.).
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
57 years of relevant experience in technical services or site management
(preferably in the construction chemicals or building materials industry)
Strong technical knowledge of concrete, waterproofing systems, and site
execution practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively for site visits across regions
Familiarity with MS Office and report writing tools
Working Conditions:
Field-based job with regular site visits
Working hours: As per site requirements (typically 9:30 AM 6:30 PM)
